The villa has four bedrooms (one on the ground floor and three on the first floor). Each of the bedrooms has a private bathroom and is furnished with a separable king size bed, wardrobe ('walk-in' style in the master bedroom), toilet table and 4K TV. The master bedroom has a balcony with a scenic view of the island and the bay of Punat.
The villa is fully air-conditioned and covered with high-speed (> 100 Mbps) WiFi. Private parking is provided for residents in front of the house (up to four cars).

In the basement of the villa, there is a gym. It is well-equipped whether you are doing cardio or strength training.
